+**Policy/Procedure**
+**1.** To dispose of dead animals Command shall direct Dispatch to call the Street Department.
+**2.** To mitigate incidents involving injured animals Command shall request the assistance of Dispatch personnel, who maintain a list of appropriate referral agencies.
