+**Policy/Procedure**
+**1.** Unless attending to official Departmental business, no member shall visit the Administration offices without going through the proper chain of command for permission.
+**2.** Member’s requests for meetings with the Chief of the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department shall be scheduled at the Chief’s convenience through the Chief’s Administrative Assistant.
