+**Policy/Procedure**
+**1.** Pre-planning shall be done on Thursdays as follows:
+  * **Morning:** 0900-1130 hours\\ \\
+  * **Afternoon:** 1300-1600 hours
+**2.** Company Commanders shall endeavor to pre-plan all targeted hazards in their district.
+**3.** Pre-planning affords a fire company the ability to identify difficulties they will encounter in an emergency before being forced into the high stress conditions an emergency presents.
+**4.** Though not an inspection, major violations that cannot be handled at the company level shall be referred to the Fire Prevention Bureau for action.
