+**Purpose**
+To provide documentation and accountability of Company training. This will ensure that Company training will have oversight by higher authority and is being performed in accordance with TFRD policies and procedures.
+**Policy/Procedure**
+**1.** The Battalion Chief will observe the officers conduct, abilities, and knowledge of the subject(s) being presented. This shall be completed in accordance with TFRD Rule Book [[a_manual:article_xiii|ARTICLE XIII BATTALION CHIEFS]] Sec 6 Row C.
+**2.** At the conclusion of the training, the Battalion Chief will use Target Solutions to document the observed training session.
+**3.** A verbal critique of the training will be given to the Company Officer(s) and those involved by the Battalion Chief.
+**4.** The Battalion Chief will report any major deficiencies or safety concerns immediately to the Deputy Chief of Training and Deputy Chief of Operations through appropriate channels.
